I am very lucky to live, cook and create on Dja Dja Wurrung Country and am grateful every day for the amazing produce and abundance it brings me and those I love.

We have a lot to learn from our indigenous communities, across every area but especially caring for Country. Indigenous led agricultural and farming practices, land management and food knowledge is the future of this country, and every other country around the world.

I would like to pay my deepest respects to all First Nations Elders and Custodians, past, present and emerging, that have cared for the Skies, Lands and Waterways here since the first sunrise. I also want to extend my respect to the Elders and Custodians of all the places that you may be reading this website from.

Sovereignty has never been ceded.

Always was, always will be, Aboriginal Land.
